Nortower Lodges would like to make this holiday extra special by introducing some aspects of traditional Shetland crofting life.

We rear our own animals including sheep and cattle. In our Farm Shop, we sell our own produce including free range eggs, lamb, mutton, beef, pork, vegetables and fruit.  We also make our own jams, chutneys and preserves – some of which are award winning!  Discounts are available in our Farm Shop for our guests as a thank you for choosing our accommodation!

We have also recently embarked on having our own Shetland Sheep’s wool processed into lovely soft yarns!  Aister ‘oo’ is our brand name and you are most welcome to meet the Sheep and Knitters who produce such lovely, soft, 100% our own yarns and knitwear.  We also have cattle, sheep and hens that welcome visitors too.
