Glyn, Jenny & Sam – Cannock Chase – England

Great holiday in a peaceful location, seeing Curlew and Golden Plover, Wheatears and once a Whimbrel from the lounge window made us feel as though we were in the most luxurious nature hide in the world! Seeing Puffins and experiencing the ‘Ganntry’ on Unst was incredible, also spotting an Otter as it ambled across the loch was marvellous. So pleased with Boitan Lodge, everything we could possibly have needed was provided – our son was very happy with the toys, and we really appreciated the box in the fridge – beautiful raspberries! Other highlights of our holiday, to name but a few:- Big walks at Ness of Hillswick, Hermaness, Sumburgh Head and Eshaness, the Tombolo beach at St Ninian’s, trip to Noss and the Northern Lights Cafe on Unst and Braewick Cafe at Eshaness!
